This easy dairy free salad dressing tastes like ranch dressing and is made with coconut milk! A healthy oil-free whole 30 and paleo dressing recipe.
1cup full fat canned coconut milk
1/4cup lemon juiceto taste
1-2 garlic clovesto taste
1teaspoon sea salt
1/4teaspoon black pepper
In a food processor combine all ingredients until smooth, then serve or store in fridge for 4-5 days. Top your greens, chicken, salad bowl, pretty much anything and enjoy.
